I am a culinary student at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado! The time spent in the kitchen inspires me, challenges me, and makes me happy. Sharing my passion for cooking and inspiring others in the kitchen is what makes me get up every morning. Growing up in an Italian - Jewish family, there is always a lot of food. Food is the main focus of our house. Everyday, my siblings and I got home from school, eating thoughtful snacks and a hot home-cooked meal for dinner. I always knew that cooking would be an important part of my life, but I didn't expect it to play such an important role until I decided to enter a professional culinary school and pursue a career in the food industry.
